Squadron personnel and family members are the most important resource of the command. It is essential that each service member is mentally, physically, and emotionally tough and ready to do their job. I demand an atmosphere of professionalism, mutual respect, and integrity. Blue Diamonds will always do the right thing, regardless of the cost. It is critical that the command climate be one which enables everyone to be their best, both on and off duty. All of this can only be achieved by taking care of each other.
